# Sweet Dreams

> Sweet Dreams is an independent iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac app that shows CGM readings as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, on Apple Watch and CarPlay, with free critical alerts. It is not a medical device.

- [CamAPS FX](https://sweet-dreams.app/camaps/): CamAPS FX can't be read directly. A spare Android phone running the CamAPS FX follower app and xDrip+ can upload readings to Nightscout, which Sweet Dreams reads.
