Frequently asked questions
Is Sweet Dreams a medical device?
No. Sweet Dreams is not a medical device and isn't intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always confirm readings with your CGM or meter before acting on them.
Which CGMs does Sweet Dreams work with?
Dexcom G7, G6 and ONE+, FreeStyle Libre 2, 2 Plus, 3 and 3 Plus, Medtronic MiniMed and Simplera via CareLink, Nightscout, Eversense, Medtrum, Twiist and Tandem. See the compatibility table.
Are alerts free?
Yes. Low, high, rise, drop and missed-reading alerts, including Critical alerts, are free.
What's included in Premium?
Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, the Apple Watch app, CarPlay, widgets, Stats and Apple Health sync.
Why are my widget readings out of date?
Apple limits how often widgets and watch complications refresh. We usually see every 15–20 minutes. A Live Activity refreshes every few minutes instead.
Can I follow my child or partner?
Yes. Sign in with the follower account for their device. See the family and caregivers page.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Join the Android waitlist.
Does it work with Dexcom ONE, Stelo or Libre Lingo?
No. None of these share readings through a service Sweet Dreams can read.
Is my data secure?
Your credentials are encrypted and used only to fetch your readings. See the privacy policy.
