Step 1: Connect Libre to Sweet Dreams

Already follow someone in LibreLinkUp? Skip to the last step.

1. Open the FreeStyle Libre app, signed in to your LibreView account. Tap the menu (three lines), then Share or Connected Apps.
2. Tap Connect or Manage next to LibreLinkUp, then Add Connection. Enter a name and email address (your own works) and tap Add.
3. Install LibreLinkUp. It's a separate app from the FreeStyle Libre (LibreLink) app.
4. Open the invitation email, create a LibreLinkUp account, verify your email, then tap Accept on the sharing request.
5. In Sweet Dreams, choose FreeStyle Libre and sign in with the LibreLinkUp email and password.

Step 2: Set up Apple Health

1. Go to Settings → Apple Health in Sweet Dreams.
2. Turn on Write to Apple Health and allow write access for Blood Glucose when asked.
3. Turn on Read from Apple Health too if you want the Stats tab, which is built from your Health data.

Good to know for Libre

• Readings sync when you open Sweet Dreams, and every hour in the background.
• If readings aren't arriving in Health, open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Sweet Dreams and allow write access for Blood Glucose.
